This page will tell you about the terms and conditions for sale and delivery of our products that are sold in our online shop, and the use of this. Please read these terms and conditions before you shop at our online shop. At ordering of our products on our online shop, you accept to be committed to these terms and conditions.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
amberdreams.eu are operated by Amber Dreams. We are registered in Latvia and our registered head office is located at Krāmu iela 3 (Old town Riga), Riga, Latvia
2. ORDERING
At www.AmberDreams.eu it is possible to make an order 24 hours a day - 365 days a year.
The employees at Amber Dreams are happy to answer queries regarding products and delivery time before you purchase any item through our online shop. If you have any queries for items not shown on the online shop, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail. Our e-mail address is: info@amberdreams.eu
All prices on our online shop are in US Dollars, British Pound Sterling, Euro or Danish Krone incl. 25 % VAT and other taxes. The prices are current prices. Subject to: Currency changes, force majeure, delivery failures, tax changes, sold out items and typographical errors. However, it shall be subject to availability and obsolete items as well as prolonged delivery and failure to deliver items from our suppliers.
Pictures and product descriptions: There can be a different between the showed pictures on our website and online shop and the actual look of the items.
Amber is a unique material and every piece is one of a kind.
When you shop at www.amberdreams.eu the agreements are made in the following languages: Danish, English and Chinese.
3. PAYMENT
At www.amberdreams.eu you may use the following payments methods:

When you pay with credit card, you are always protected against abuse, and you have the option to refuse payment when you receive your payment statement. There are no risks in case your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer). You are thus better protected than in the physical world where you are responsible for a limited amount yourself if your credit card is being misused by using the pin code.
The data you submit in connection with purchases paid with credit card is encrypted (SSL, and it is only Teller (the payment transfer company) that can read them. Neither the employees at Amber Dreams nor others have the opportunity to read the data. The payment for purchased items is deducted only when the items are shipped from Amber Dreams.
We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if incorrect prices are shown on the website as these are automatically calculated. The booking confirmation you receive by mail is a copy of the cart and not our acceptance that the transaction will be completed.
4. SHIPPING & FREIGHT
If you receive a damaged package, please tell the transport company or send a mail to Amber Dreams at info@amberdreams.eu
We ship all items by parcel post which makes it possible to track the package if any problems arise. We always pack items safely in order to minimize the risk of damaged cargo. The items are insured during shipment, and upon receipt please check the package contents. If the items are damaged upon receipt, please report this to the shipping company. Within 2 days of receipt, you must return the damaged items to us. Amber Dreams is not responsible for items damaged during transport.
In case items are out of stock, we will contact you and agree whether you want to wait for the item being available again. Should there be any delays in shipping, Amber Dreams cannot be held liable. Please note that deliveries to Bornholm and other islands can often take up to 3 days.
5. DELIVERY TIME.

6. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your items. Right of cancellation requires the items to be returned in the same condition and quantity as originally received. The right of cancellation will lapse if you use the items in a way, which obviously reduces the sales value. When purchasing fragile items for which proper packing is important, it is required to return the items in the original packing to have the right of cancellation. When a packaging is broken, this causes a deterioration of the sales value. It is therefore important to determine whether you want to keep the items or cancel the purchase before the packaging is broken. It is possible to examine the item without breaking the blister. If you cancel the purchase, you must pay return postage.

You can also cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the package. When you cancel your purchase, the purchase price will be returned to your bank account as soon as we have received the returned items and verified that it meets the rules for cancellation. Therefore, it is important that we receive the registration number and account number of your banker as well as a copy of your order confirmation, copies of any previous correspondence etc.
Note:
We do not receive packages sent COD.
The right of cancellation is not valid for business purchases.
7. WARRANTY
When you purchase items on www.amberdreams.eu you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get an item repaired or replaced, get your money back or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation and provided the complaint is justified and the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the item or other injurious behavior. If there is any additional warranty or guarantee, it will appear separately on the invoice. A deficiency is a mistake that has been present at the time of delivery - typically manufacturing and/or material defects.
If a defect appears during the warranty period which is covered by the warranty, the item will be repaired or replaced by either Amber Dreams or the manufacturer. Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or misuse by the user are not covered under warranty.
Please include a copy of the invoice when you return items. The purchasing date should appear on it, or else will the item be stand-by until a copy is send.
8. USE OF THE WARRANTY
If you discover a defect on the delivered goods, then you must make your claim within 24 months. Please submit a declaration about the defect of the item. Amber Dreams cannot be held responsible for loss of customer data, unless it follows directly from the Danish legislation. Therefore it is important to take a copy of all data. To the extent Amber Dreams might be liable, the liability is limited to the direct loss and does not cover indirect losses such as lost wages, transportation costs, business interruption, installation costs. When you wish to complain about an item, you usually must send it to us to the above mentioned address.
Please contact us at info@amberdreams.eu to clarify, to where the package should be sent.
When you return the item, please provide the following information on the package: “Returned goods” or “Repair goods”.Note what the reason for the return is, make a copy of the order confirmation and other relevant information To get refund for your eligible expenses, please send back the package unopened and in the original packing. Items, which are not covered by warranty and/or received without proper packing will be repackaged and an amount equal to Amber Dreams’s costs to cover the new packaging will be charged.We will refund reasonable shipping costs, as you may have incurred in returning the article if the claim is justified.
9. RETURNED ITEMS WITH NO ERRORS
If submitting faulty or incorrect items to Amber Dreams where the failure or malfunction, defined and specified by the customer is not found (or the fault is not covered by the guarantee/warranty), the item will be returned to the client. Amber Dreams will not cover the expenses for the return shipment.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
A cookie is a term used to describe that the users behavior is being registered on the internet. Like this the server (e.g. a website) knows who the user is when he or she makes the next visit. Personally identifiable information is not stored in a cookie, but it is merely an information about the user’s behavior on a website, e.g. a typed user name for login to a special section on the site. A cookie is a text file sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, or you can choose to disable cookies altogether. These cookies are used to recognize your PC only.
Technically cookies are divided into two types. One is called "Session Cookies"; which is used to keep track of what you put into your shopping cart while you’re navigating around the site. Session Cookies are not stored on your PC, but disappears when you close your web browser. Another type of cookie is called "Permanent Cookie" and is saved as a text file on your PC for approx. a month. A Permanent Cookie is used to enable our server to recognize the PC next time you log in to our website. At www.amberdreams.eu cookies are used in order to optimize the website and its functionality, thus making your visit as easy as possible for you.

11. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
To make an order, you must register with the following personal information:

Email address
(VAT number for companies)
We only use this information in order to deliver your items, and the data are registered at Amber Dreams for 5 years due to rules. When we collect personal information through our online shop, we ensure that it will happen based on your explicit consent so that you will know exactly what information is collected and why.
We do not store customer data encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. Information delivered to Amber Dreams is not transmitted or sold in any way to third parties and we do not record sensitive personal information.
